Directions:  Coming from North: I-5S exit Balboa.  At 3rd traffic light (Balboa Ave.) turn left.   Take 2nd exit (Morena Blvd. North) and continue down Morena Blvd. approximately 1 mile.  We are on the left hand side going towards Costco.  Parking is available at the fruit stand, or in our parking lot.

Coming from South: I-5N, exit Balboa Ave (CA-274 E exit, Exit 23B). Turn right on Balboa Ave. and take Morena Blvd. North ramp. Merge onto Morena Blvd. approximately 1 mile.  We are on the left hand side going towards Costco.  Parking is available at the fruit stand, or in our parking lot.
