Krista Sewell  

Krista Sewell is a Canadian artist who was born in Winnipeg. She has always loved art and began painting at a young age. She is a self-taught artist who constantly explores new ways for self expression and is dedicated to creating unique and original art to suit all imaginations.

Now residing in California, Krista has begun painting more earnestly and is happiest when indulging in her passion. Most of her works reflect the lighthearted and humorous side of her personality and the way that she approaches life. She is inspired by many accomplished artists of today and she looks to current trends for ideas for her painting subjects.

Krista has a line of kitchen tile backsplashes and accent tiles that are part of The "Krista Sewell Signature Line".  As both artist and mother, the simple things that surround her in day-to-day life inspire her. Her warm and friendly style lends itself to home decoration pieces.
