Guillame PlissonWhether aboard his Zodiac shooting the departure of a yacht race, at the computer mounting an audio-visual presentation, or at the ends of the earth for an advertising campaign, Guillaume Plisson's talent knows no bounds. Some of his latest books : with the collaboration of Philip Plisson, "Phares Ouest" published by Editions du Chêne. Published by Editions Pêcheur d'images and Le Télégramme, two titles within the new Collection Petits Souvenirs: "Petite Mer d'Etel" and "Phares en Iroise".
Regate: Winter training sessions in Quiberon's bay (Brittany, Western France) under a 63 knots squall. Every year at Easter the Spi Ouest France SFR takes place. This is a yachting race where 550 boats and more than 4000 team members meet.
Bord de Pris: Two 12 meters JI CLASS close matching during the "Regates Royales" off Cannes (French Riviera).
Philip Plisson is the official photographer for the French Navy, specializing in sea photography. Guillaume Plisson, Philip's son, is also a well-known photographer in France. |
